TERMS AND OFFICIAL RULES

1. Offer Period. The Promotion begins on September 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 24, 2026 (the “Offer Period”).

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington DC who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. By submitting a redemption request or Sweepstakes entry, you confirm that you are eligible and agree to these Terms and Official Rules.

4. How to Redeem the Promotional Message. During the Offer Period, purchase a valid ticket to see Pan’s Labyrinth 20th Anniversary from an authorized theater or ticket seller and DM https://www.instagram.com/panslabyrinth20/ with proof of purchase and the words “SECOND DOODLE.”
Please conceal all QR codes, barcodes, payment information and other sensitive information before submitting proof. Limit one redemption per person and social-media account. Each ticket may be used only once. Complimentary, duplicated, counterfeit, altered, cancelled or refunded tickets do not qualify.
a. Promotional Message. Following verification, each eligible participant will receive the same prerecorded digital message featuring Guillermo del Toro (the “Promotional Message”). Sponsor will determine the timing and method of delivery, which may occur after the Offer Period.

The Promotional Message is for personal, noncommercial use. Unless Sponsor specifies a later date, it may be reposted in its complete and unaltered form after receipt. It may not be sold, commercially exploited, materially altered, used to create merchandise or NFTs, used to train artificial intelligence, or separated from its credits or watermark.

5. How to Enter the Director Doodle Sweepstakes. There are two ways to enter:
a. Purchase Entry: An eligible participant who properly redeems the Promotional Message by submitting valid ticket proof and the words “SECOND DOODLE” will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
b. Mail-In Entry Without Purchase: To enter without purchasing a ticket, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and the statement “I am 18 or older and agree to the Official Rules of the Pan’s Labyrinth 20th Anniversary MESSAGE FROM GUILLERMO PROMOTION” on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Cineverse Entertainment Corp., 2355 Westwood Blvd. #779, Los Angeles, CA 90064, USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 24th, 2026, and received by October 1, 2026. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
c. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person and social-media account, regardless of entry method or the number of tickets purchased. Entering through both methods will not result in more than one entry. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

6. Drawing and Odd for Doodle Sweepstakes. On or about October 2, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Offer Period. Each potential winner will be eligible to receive one (1) prize, and no entrant may win more than one prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
a. The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; entries not received during the Offer Period for any reason; or other errors of any kind. Prizes are awarded “as is, where is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. The Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for any typographical or other printing errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or these Official Rules, the selection or announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prizes. In the event that viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or any other matter beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (each, an “Uncontrollable Event”) prevents, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time in its sole discretion, and the Promotion Entities shall not be responsible or liable in any manner for such Uncontrollable Event or any such cancellation, termination or suspension. In the event an Uncontrollable Event occurs prior to the announced date for winner determination, Sponsor may determine the winner by conducting a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension. In the event an Uncontrollable Event interrupts, interferes with, or disrupts the provision of any prize, Prize Provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
b. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE: (A) TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND (B) TO FOREVER AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PROMOTION ENTITIES. (AND THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS OF EACH OF THE FOREGOING) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, FINES, COSTS, EXPENSES, CAUSES OF ACTION, PERSONAL INJURIES, LOSS, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, RESULTING FROM, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH (I) THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION (OR THE INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE) IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR ANY ELEMENT OR ACTIVITY THEREOF; (II) ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH (1) LOST, LATE, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, DAMAGED, OR DESTROYED PRIZES; OR (2) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, ANY DEFECTS IN ANY PRIZE, OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE; OR (III) ANY ERRORS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY MARKETING MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.

7. Winner Notification.
a. Potential winners will be notified by direct message from https://www.instagram.com/panslabyrinth20/. Each potential winner must respond within thirty-six (36) hours after the notification is sent and provide any reasonably requested eligibility, release, tax and delivery information.
b. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty-six (36) hours, cannot be contacted, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, fails to provide requested information or declines the prize, that person will be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner. The same requirements will apply to each alternate.

8. Doodle Sweepstakes Prizes. One (1) prize is available. Each prize consists of one original physical doodle created by Guillermo del Toro. The approximate retail value of each prize is $1,000.
a. Sponsor will determine which doodle is awarded to the winner at random. Prizes are awarded as-is and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
b. Sponsor will pay standard shipping to each winner at a valid address within the fifty United States or Washington DC. Each winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes and may be required to provide information necessary for tax reporting. Sponsor does not guarantee the future resale or collectible value of any doodle.

9. Participant Content and Publicity Rights.
a. If you voluntarily redeem the offer for the promotional message, enter the sweepstakes, submit a direct message, fan message, photograph or other content, or tag Sponsor in a related social-media post, you grant Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, repost and distribute that content, together with your name, social-media handle, image, likeness and statements appearing in it, to advertise and promote the Promotion, the Movie and Sponsor, without further approval or compensation.
b. Sponsor may identify and announce the Sweepstakes winners using their names, social-media handles, cities and states of residence, except where prohibited by law.
c. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not include another person or third-party content without permission.

10. General.
a. All redemptions and Sweepstakes entries are subject to verification. Sponsor may reject incomplete, fraudulent, automated, altered or duplicate requests or entries. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion and selection of the winners are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
b. Sponsor is not responsible for platform outages, filtered or undelivered messages, transmission failures or account settings that prevent verification, delivery or winner notification. Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially interfere with its operation and, if appropriate, conduct the drawing from eligible entries received before the affected time.
c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant releases Sponsor, Guillermo del Toro, participating exhibitors and ticket sellers, and the applicable social-media and other platforms from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of the Promotional Message or a prize, except to the extent caused by the released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct or violation of applicable law.
d. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision was not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. You agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of any provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

11. Platform Disclaimer. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any third-party exhibitor, social-media service or other platform on which it is promoted, hosted or redeemed.

12. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer and fulfill it, verify eligibility and ticket purchases, conduct the drawing, notify winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable law, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.cineverse.com.

13. Governing Law. These Terms and Official Rules are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By entering the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to behave in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Sweepstakes or prize-related activity.
